The brief: Write an advertorial for our favourite book. 

 

I chose Charles Bukowski’s Notes of a Dirty Old Man. This book is a collection of whiskeys and morning afters that you want to forget. Buk isn’t for everyone. I opted to write in his style in order to seperate those who can stomach him from those who can’t.

 

Why it didn’t win a Loerie: Nobody judges on days that end with “day”.
